Emin
In the east flows a long, rolling river. Where there are rivers, there are people. Emin is a salvager who lives and works on the river.
For the right price in Utar, Emin will salvage anything resting at the bottom of the river—be it goods, corpses, or treasure.
He does not care if the treasure he hauls is worth more than the fee he is paid, or if the corpse from the riverbed carries a tragic backstory.
The river washes over his soul and carries away all unnecessary emotions.
