Goldie Kabir
The leader of the famous House Kabir. House Kabir is one of the richest families in the desert after generations of working in the mining industry.
Aside from their vast wealth, House Kabir is known for a special arcane talent: the ability to control gold. Anything made of gold can become a weapon for House Kabir. Each member of the House has their own personal golden weapon.
Goldie prefers a bag filled with golden leaves. Usually, there is no way to recover such a weapon, but the young head of House Kabir doesn't care about money.
Goldie has a sister(Lotus Kabir) ten years younger than him. He adores his younger sister, but she doesn't appear to like her grandiose brother.

This skill tree revolves around the use of gold as both a weapon and a strategic resource. Goldie Kabir transforms coins and golden leaves into attacks, enemy control, and even Utar generation, blending offensive power with indirect support for the group.
Main Characteristics
- Control and damage with gold: Gold Marker deals damage, stuns, and increases enemy damage taken; Battlefield Wealth casts multiple golden leaves, consuming team Utar; Lavish Trick guarantees critical hits and teleports to defeated enemies; Golden Leaf Blade fires two consecutive leaves, ignoring distance.
- Support and strengthening: Gold Tactics boosts squad physical and arcane attack; Gold Suppression accelerates attacks against marked enemies; Kabir Siblings grants extra bonuses when Lotus is present; Active Gold increases max health and physical resistance.
- Area control and special effects: Pocket Change disables enemies and causes explosions at the end of its effect; Game of Gold adds a chance of Confusion to unit attacks; Teasing of the Rich summons a totem that attracts enemies, explodes when destroyed, and grants invisibility to the caster.
Skill Tree Highlights
- Gold-based offense with coins and golden leaves.
- Enemy control through stuns, confusion, and disabling effects.
- Squad support with attack boosts and resilience.
- Resource synergy balancing Utar consumption and generation.
Key Consideration
One standout ability is Law of Using Gold. The official description says it disables 20 enemies upon entering battle, but in practice it summons 20 random units to your side — even in battles meant to be hero-only, such as certain dungeons. This creates a massive advantage, especially early in the game, since the extra allies can include powerful units like cavalry or even siege machines, greatly accelerating progression.
Another interesting point is that while some abilities consume Utar (like Battlefield Wealth), Goldie has several that restore or generate additional resources (Earning Gold With Gold, Battlefield Tax). When these are active together, the overall Utar balance tends to remain positive, making this tree extremely useful at the start of the campaign. It’s common for Goldie to advance alone against enemies while still accumulating gains, while the rest of the troops and heroes hold the defensive line.
How to Learn
Golden Leaf Blade can be acquired by reaching 60 favor points with Goldie Kabir — just talk to him.
In summary: this gold-focused tree combines attack, control, and support, but stands out for the unexpected effect of Law of Using Gold and its ability to generate more Utar than it spends, creating a hero who can significantly accelerate the pace of the game in the early stages.

Main Characteristics
- Resource generation: Selling On the Go provides continuous Utar; Jadeware Buyer grants Jade in weekly cycles.
- Negotiation and trade: Traveling Shop unlocks access to common items; Good Business Opportunity offers discounted goods; Glib Tongue modifies prices, increasing item value.
- Inventory management: Hauling Bag expands carrying capacity.
- External interactions: Establishing Contacts unlocks trade permissions after travel; Goods Peddling involves risk and reward, with potential profit or loss after expeditions.

- Inventory expansion and access to goods.
- Negotiation and periodic trade opportunities.
- Risk and reward mechanics in business travel.
Detail to consider
This tree may seem advantageous in a first playthrough, since it guarantees a steady income of Utar and Jade. However, there are more efficient ways to obtain these resources: capturing enemy troops and heroes.
- Selling prisoners: captured troops can be sold, yielding Utar and Jade (higher troop level = more Utar; higher tier = more Jade).
- Releasing prisoners: freeing troops grants XP crystals and resources such as wood and iron; freeing heroes always provides a random piece of equipment plus either a skill point crystal or a talent point.
- Faction leaders: may pay up to 30k Utar to recover captured heroes.
Regarding skill points: in lower difficulties the evolution cap is smaller, requiring careful investment. In higher difficulties the cap increases, allowing enough points through leveling alone, without relying heavily on crystals.
In the end, this trade-focused tree tends to be less of a priority compared to the main combat trees of each character. The Jade skill may have some value in a first run, but overall it depends heavily on player choice and progression style. Ultimately, the combined mechanics of selling and releasing prisoners offer more varied and valuable rewards, making them a stronger long-term option.
